Located within the borders of Milas, Muğla and Çine, Aydın, Turguttepe WPP attained a production license on 08.06.2007 thanks to SABAŞ ELEKTRİK ÜRETİM A.Ş. The first acceptance by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources for Turguttepe WPP whose construction started in 2009 was made in 2010 and the entire plant was put into use in 2011. Turguttepe WPP has an installed capacity of 24 MW with 12 turbines of Vestas V90 2 MW. Turguttepe’s license power increased to 37.8 MW upon a capacity enhancement in 2016.
